Handmade through the whole process by a craftsman A vividly colored traditional folk craft

A vividly colored "Himetemari" is hand-made through the whole process. This is a traditional folk craft made of approximately 100 kinds of rayon yarn. They are wound repeatedly in geometrical pattern to make a ball. Various sizes are available from mini-sized ball with 2cm in diameter to the one with 30cmin diameter. They are also popular as a souvenir for overseas as well as use on celebratory occasions for gifts and complimentary goods. Without draft and drawing, those works are original items hand-made through the whole process by a traditional craftsman. Wishing "Nanigoto mo maruku osamaru youni (everything goes smoothly), our craftsman produces it to meet requests of size, color and image of works.
